For those who are serious about becoming healthy.
This package is a very hands on approach to improving ones overall fitness and well-being. A nutrition
analysis will be done to determine your caloric intake and eating habits. A basic nutrition plan will then
be created to fit your individual needs. My goal is to get you to the point (3-6 months from now) where
you have enough information and you feel comfortable enough to go to the gym by yourself and do the same type of workouts
without me being there.
